2-day Cappadocia tour from Kizilagac is a cultural tour we organize with 2 days and 1 night accommodation. Kayseri, Aksaray cities and their surroundings.

We will visit the most famous places and museums of Cappadocia.

These unique natural formations in Cappadocia, simply put, were formed by the tuffs, which were formed as a result of the eruption of the formerly active volcanic volcanoes Erciyes, Hasandağı and Güllü Mountain and scattered over a wide area, shaped by rain, flood and wind for tens of thousands of years.

Hittites, Phrygians, Persians, Byzantines, Seljuks and Ottomans are the most famous of these. We look forward to seeing you on our 2-day tour of Cappadocia.

Cappadocia is the region that emerged when the soft layers formed by lava and ashes erupted by Erciyes, Hasandağı and Göllüdağ 60 million years ago were eroded by rain and wind over millions of years.

History of underground cities:

It is an important living space from the Roman period. The first Christians took refuge in the Cappadocia region to get rid of Roman persecution, and built the underground city to protect them from wars.

Uçhisar Castle is the only place where Erciyes and Hasan Mountain can be seen together. The place where the creator of Mount Erciyes, that is, the Cappadocia Region, can be seen best is Uçhisar Castle.
Since the Roman period, many rooms, houses, shelters, warehouses, cisterns, tombs, and cellars have been carved into it, and it has been an important defense point against Arab raids.
Large stone cannonballs used for defense against attackers were kept on it.
