How can we know the tour transfer time from our location?
We notify you of the transfer time after you make your reservation and provide your free transfer. At the end of the tour, we drop you back to your hotels.
How will I know where I will be picked up after I create a reservation?

I’m not staying at the hotel, can I join the tours?
It is not necessary for you, our valued guests, to stay in hotels to participate in the tours. It is enough for you to describe your accommodation to us so that we can transfer you for the tour.
Do I have to give my room number?
There is no such requirement, but if we cannot find you at the location notified to you, we can easily reach you via your room number.
How will you reach us at hotels?
Since there is a ban on entry to some hotels, we inform our customers that they must wait in front of the door, but if we cannot find you there, we can easily reach you through an announcement or by calling the reception to your room.
When Will I Make the Payment?
When we come to pick you up, you can make your payment in cash, we do not accept credit cards.
Do we need to take a passport and extra money with us?
You must have your passport with you, if you are going to spend extra, you can take some money with you.
