Mahmutlar pirate ship tour is the best and most popular way to discover the beauties and coastline of Alanya from the sea. Our ship departs from Alanya port around 10:00. We will pass by the Red Tower and the historical shipyard .

Alanya historical shipyard: It is a building that is not only a shipbuilding or winter accommodation place for ships, but also has iron workshops, administrative and storage areas where repairs, sails and ship equipment can be made, and was used as a permanent shipyard.

Kızılkule: Kızılkule, a unique example of 13th century medieval Mediterranean defense structures; It was built by the construction master Ebu Ali Reha el Kettani from Aleppo by the Seljuk ruler Alaaddin Keykubat I in order to protect the port, shipyard and Alanya Castle against attacks from the sea.

Pirates Cave:  According to a rumor, there is a secret road inside the cave leading to the castle, and the pirates of ancient times used to take their loot up this way. The appearance of the rocks on the seabed adds a further mystery to the cave.

Lovers’ Cave: Rumor has it that the pirates of ancient times hid their loot and captive girls in this cave. It is 75 meters long. It is entered from the eastern slope of Cilvarda Cape and exited from the western slope. Boat crews perform jumping shows here.

Phosphorous Cave: The floor of the cave, resulting from its geological structure, shines like a phosphor at night due to the reflection of the moonlight. The glow is also noticeable during the day. There are many fish living there. During the boat tour, you will watch the fish by throwing bread.

Cleopatra and Ulaş Beach takes its name from B.C. It was named after Cleopatra, the last Hellenistic queen of Ancient Egypt, who lived between 69 BC and 30 BC. According to legend, when the Roman general Antony gifted Alanya and its surroundings to the Egyptian queen Cleopatra, Cleopatra would go down to Cleopatra beach every day to bathe on the castle slope.
