-For cancellations made less than 12 hours before the tour start, 50% of the ticket price must be paid to our company. (Reasons such as illness, intoxication, slumber, headache, nausea are not valid.) -Please wait by the hotel security gate at the meeting time. (Not in front of the lobby). -Do not pay anyone before getting into the vehicle. (Only pay the driver or guide.) -We may arrive 5-10 minutes early or late depending on traffic. -You can pay in your preferred currency. (€, $, £, TL) -The price will be calculated on the day of the tour or you can check it yourself on Google. -ONLY CASH PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED. CARD PAYMENTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. -After checking your ticket, please check the tour details, program, and services included in the price again on our website. -Children aged 0-3 will travel on their parents' laps if no extra charge has been paid, and they can sit in an empty seat on the bus if one is available. Please let us know if an extra seat is required. -Services included in the price are listed in the tour details.
